  2. Bring your Civil ID and current mobile number details
  3. Fill out the number portability request form
  4. Choose your desired plan
  5. The porting process typically completes within 24-48 hours
  6. You'll receive an SMS confirmation when the port is complete

During the porting process, your service will remain active with your current provider. There are no fees for number portability.

What should I do if I lose my phone or SIM card?

If your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen, take these immediate steps:

  1. Block Your SIM: Call our hotline at +965 2222 3333 immediately to suspend your service
  2. Report to Police: File a police report for insurance and security purposes
  3. Request Replacement: Visit any of our stores with your Civil ID to get a replacement SIM
  4. Same Number: Your phone number will be transferred to the new SIM card
  5. Free Replacement: First SIM replacement is free; subsequent replacements cost 2 KWD
